A: Simply browse our website, select the items you love, and click “Add to Basket.” When you’re ready, click “Checkout” and follow the steps to enter your details and payment information.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

A: Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@stylishhomesecrets.com if you need to make changes or cancel. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed through trusted providers.

A: Standard delivery charges vary depending on the item and location. Large or heavy items have higher delivery fees. Any applicable charge will be shown at checkout and you can see all the details under the Delivery section of our website.

Q: Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

A: Yes, we offer upgraded delivery options for eligible items. You can select your preferred option at checkout. Please see details under the Delivery section of our website.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Standard orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Large items or furniture may take longer but you will be able to book your delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery times.

Q: Do you deliver internationally?

A: We currently deliver within the UK. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Q: What happens if my delivery is late?

A: Occasionally delays happen due to courier issues or high demand. If your order is delayed, contact us at contactus@stylishhomesecrets.com and we’ll update you promptly.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

A: Please contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is with our courier.

Returns & Returns

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable. Large items may require special arrangements — see below for details. You can also read our returns policy at the bottom of our website or contact us if you have any questions.

Q: How do I return an item if I change my mind?

A: Contact us at contactus@stylishhomesecrets.com. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item. You will usually need to cover return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Q: Can I return large items like furniture?

A: For bulky items such as sofas or large furniture, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return if you change your mind. We can help arrange a courier at your cost, which will be deducted from your refund.

Q: What should I do if my item is faulty, damaged, or not as described?

A: Contact us at contactus@stylishhomesecrets.com within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or replacement. For faults appearing after 30 days and up to 6 months, we will provide a repair or replacement where possible. Reasonable return postage costs for faulty items will be covered by us.

Q: How long will it take to get a refund?

A: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The amount will be returned via your original payment method.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Q: Do you sell personalised or custom-made items?

A: Yes — some products are personalised. Please note that personalised or bespoke items may not be eligible for standard returns unless faulty.

A: Care instructions are usually included with each product but we also have comprehensive care guides on our website.

Q: Can I get more information on product dimensions, materials, or colours?

A: Yes! Each product page includes detailed information. Contact us if you need further details before ordering.

Q: Are the products in stock?

A: Product availability is displayed on the website and we have a good range in stock. If an item is out of stock due to an increase in demand, you may be able to sign up to be notified when it becomes available or contact us.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

A: No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and manage your newsletter preferences.

Q: How do I create or manage my account?

A: Click “Sign Up” or “Log In” at the top of the site. From there, you can view your order history and update your details.

Q: Can I request assistance with assembling or installing furniture?

A: We do not currently offer installation services. Please refer to the assembly instructions included with your furniture or contact us and we will be able to advise.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

A: Contact us immediately at contactus@stylishhomesecrets.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

A: At present, we do not provide gift wrapping but it is coming soon! Packaging is designed to protect your items during transit.
