We want you to love your purchase from Stylish Home Secrets. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied, you may return most items under the terms below.

1.1 Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods.

To exercise this right, please email contactus@stylishhomesecrets.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item - see below. All products are fully checked by our quality team before we dispatch them to you.
  • Once we receive the returned goods, and our quality team is satisfied the product is exactly as we sent it to you initially, we will process a full refund — including the original standard delivery charge we offered — within 14 days. If the item was delivered using an upgraded or timed service, those additional charges are nonrefundable

Delivery and Returns for Large or Heavy Items

Please note that our standard delivery charge for large or heavy items (such as furniture) reflects the cost of specialist courier services.

If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund the full cost of your order and the standard delivery charge. However, you are responsible for returning the item to us.

We can help arrange a courier collection for you at your expense — this cost will be deducted from your refund.

If the item was delivered using an upgraded or timed service, those additional charges are non-refundable.

1.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at contactus@stylishhomesecrets.com within 30 days of receipt.

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days.

After 30 days and up to 6 months from delivery, we will offer a repair or replacement where possible. If a repair or replacement is not possible, or fails to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and amount of use.

We will cover all reasonable return postage costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Please note that our quality team does check and photograph all products before they are shipped.

1.3 Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., bedding, towels) once the packaging has been opened

1.4 Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your order. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
